I was traveling solo with my kids to go visit family about 2 hours away from one or 4 hours away from the other. So I needed a place with a restaurant, pool, free shuttle to the airport, near the airport (less than 5 minutes), early breakfast a single and king bed. This was the only property that met the criteria. I needed to drop off the rental car prior to checking in, stopped there first to ask if I could store our luggage till it was time to check in. Immediately the girl said let’s check you in throw the bags in the room. Both the girls were so kind and had such amazing personalities. The kids enjoyed the pool, we ended up ordering food and my kids fell asleep. Made my process of traveling back home with them much easier and enjoyable.

I sent a request to the hotel to have my two rooms side by side and not only did they have the rooms side by side when I checked in but they also had connected doors so that my family could go back and forth between rooms and not have to go out into the hallway, this made our stay even better. The room was very clean, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here and would recommend this hotel to others.

We were stranded at the airport at 1 am due to storms and two other passengers recommended your hotel. The shuttle delivered us, your staff welcomed us warmly, and the beds were comfortable at 2:20 am. The shuttle took us to Cracker Barrel for lunch, we rested well throughout the day, dinner at the lobby bar was delicious, and the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport at 3:30 am the following morning was pleasant and helpful!

Shuttle service to/from the airport is ON DEMAND 24 hours a day. In the evening, we dropped off our things in the room, and drove to the airport to drop off our rental car. Called Courtyard directly and they sent their shuttle van to bring us back to the hotel. At 4:30am we came down to take their shuttle van to the airport for an early flight. They have a driver ready 24 hours a day. It was all very smooth!!

I like that this hotel has a restaurant. Although menu is limited, everything they offered that I tried was good. Also they have Starbucks coffee. The location is convenient and easy access to the highway so I could get around in Louisville.
